The National Three Peaks 24 Hours Challenge - 29th & 30th June 2023 - COMPLETED!
The National Three Peaks Challenge is an event in which participants attempt to climb the highest mountains of England, Scotland and Wales within 24 hours.
It is frequently used to raise money for charitable organisations. Walkers climb each peak in turn, and are driven from the foot of one mountain to the next.
The total walking distance is 23 miles (37km) and the total ascent is 3064 metres (10,052ft) - twice the ascent of the Yorkshire Three Peaks, over a similar total walking distance. The total driving distance is 462 miles.
WHAT'S INCLUDED
One night accommodation in Fort William on Wednesday 28th June.

Medal and Certificate.
Training - walkers must attend two training days @ £10pp each day. The first will be on the 12th February on Dartmoor, the second will be on 29th April in the Brecon Beacons.

06:00 - start Ben Nevis
Midday - travel to The Lake District
18:00 - start Scafell Pike
21:00 - travel to Snowdonia
Friday 30th June:
01:00 - start Snowdon
06:00 - complete challenge
